Chocolate is “Money Magic”!

Chocolate is well known as an aphrodisiac, but a lot of people don’t realize it’s also associated with money magic, as are cashews and maple syrup. Combine them with a few other goodies to make these no-bake cookies, and you’ve got a winning bit of kitchen magic. Serve them to friends or give them as gifts to help share the abundance. This recipe makes about 15 cookies.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a pot over low heat, warm the coconut oil and maple syrup. Once they’ve melted enough to mix together, add the cocoa powder. Whisk in the cashew butter and when it’s fully blended in, remove the pot from the stove top.
  2. Fold in the oats, brown sugar, vanilla and sea salt. Stir the mixture in a clockwise direction, visualizing prosperity and financial abundance. Use a teaspoon to drop spoonful’s of the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate until the cookies are firm and then enjoy them. Each time you take a bite, imagine the freedom that comes with prosperity.
